What to expect

The day opens with a welcome from Primaned’s leadership, introducing Primaned Iberia and what it means for project controls in Spain.

You will hear from CBRE on how they use Oracle Primavera Cloud to keep large projects on track, followed by Oracle Spain, presenting the Smart Construction Platform and its role in connecting people, processes and data. Our consultants will then share best practices with Oracle Aconex, addressing common challenges in document control, contract management and collaboration on complex, multi-party projects. They will also give an insightful presentation on the critical path and the integration of lean task management with Oracle Primavera Cloud.

The program concludes with Sonia Ruiz from PMI Spain, who will provide a short summary of the presentations and share her perspective on how this shared knowledge works in practice. The event closes with networking drinks and small bites, offering the chance to connect with peers and speakers and take away practical ideas for your own projects.

Who can join this event?

This event is interesting for project professionals who want more control over time, cost, risk and collaboration. Whether you are a project manager, project controls manager, planner, risk manager, document controller or leading a PMO, you will find valuable insights. We welcome participants from construction, engineering, energy, utilities and oil & gas.

Do I have to pay to attend?

No. Participation is completely free of charge. We believe knowledge sharing should be accessible, but seats are limited to 40 participants. To make sure you don’t miss out, we recommend registering early.

What language will the event be held in?

We want to make the event as accessible as possible. Most sessions will be delivered in Spanish, while some slides or presentations may be in English when shared by international speakers. Our goal is to ensure that all content is clear and valuable for every participant.

What will I take away from the sessions?

Expect more than theory. You will hear real stories from Spanish and international clients about the challenges they faced and how they solved them with Oracle Primavera Cloud and Oracle Aconex.
